“A satisfied customer is one who feels listened to, understood in his requests and needs, satisfied with the service given by his supplier, who does his best to take care of him throughout the customer journey.I believe that clarity and transparency are fundamental in the relationship with the customer, even in the most complex and delicate cases. Based on my experience, the main objective is always to support the customer in solving problems and collaborating in a fruitful way, always keeping in mind that the human relationship comes first, so as to build trust and improve the relationship in the long term. In fact, for us at Nateeo, customer focus is one of our core values!
My wish is that the customer has the knowledge and perception that we have done our utmost. This generates trust and satisfaction on the part of the customer, which is the best business card and the best advertisement for the company.The customer is at the centre of my work, if he is satisfied, I am satisfied too. How do you take care of a new customer?
“A new customer is like a person you meet for the first time to whom you ask all the questions you need to get to know better. For our customer care team, the aim is to receive as much information as possible from the customer so that the supply request goes through and is carried out in the required timeframe. This generates a positive experience for both parties from the outset and contributes to a solid and collaborative relationship over time.Always and in any case, kindness is needed, a smile can be heard even over the phone!”.
