FOOD INGREDIENTS EUROPE 2024: NATEEO BRINGS THE QUALITY OF ITS INGREDIENTS TO THE STAGE
Food Ingredients Europe 2024, which took place from 19 to 21 November at the Frankfurt Fair, represented an important step for Nateeo, which participated for the first time as an exhibitor, alongside parent company Cereal Docks and business units Cereal Docks Organic and Molino Favero. With over 25,000 visitors and more than 1,500 exhibitors from 135 countries, the event confirmed its role as a strategic platform for promoting innovation, strengthening ties with partners and creating new connection opportunities in the food industry.
Innovation and taste in the spotlight
The group’s ingredients – lecithins, oils and flours – took centre stage with a ‘Let’s Taste’ menu designed to highlight their quality and possible applications in end products.
Nateeo delighted visitors with two proposals: cashew nut spread and shortbread biscuits, both made with sunflower oil (Sunfloil) and sunflower lecithin (Cerealsun F 60). These recipes, developed by the group’s research and innovation department, aroused great interest, demonstrating how a research-oriented approach can perfectly combine functionality and taste.
Dialogues and comparisons: insights from the event
Direct dialogue with visitors provided an opportunity to learn more about the technical characteristics of the products, the production process and the rigorous quality control system, transforming Food Ingredients Europe 2024 not only into a showcase of innovation and expertise, but also into an important opportunity for discussion and exchange. In this context, Nateeo’s sales team gathered some insights highlighting the main consumer trends:
- Vegetable proteins and alternatives: growing demand for plant-based products with innovative protein sources such as mushrooms, algae and insects
- Transparency and traceability: strong focus on food origin, transparency in production processes and sourcing of ingredients
- Focus on eco-sustainability: increased demands for sustainable packaging, plant-based alternatives and ingredients designed to reduce environmental impact
- Clean label movement: increased demand for transparency in ingredient lists, with a strong orientation towards ‘clean label’ products, characterised by minimal processing and no artificial additives.
A valuable experience
For Nateeo, loyalty, service excellence and customer focus are fundamental pillars of its identity. Participation at Food Ingredients Europe 2024 offered an extraordinary opportunity to strengthen ties with established customers and create new connections with potential partners, fostering a direct and enriching confrontation with industry professionals.
A heartfelt thank you to our customers, to the visitors who enriched the dialogue with curiosity and valuable feedback, to the parent company Cereal Docks and the business units Cereal Docks Organic and Molino Favero, whose support was crucial to the success of this experience.
