As of March 2nd, 2022, the Cereal Docks Food company, founded in 2013 and part of the Cereal Docks Group, is called Nateeo. This evocative name is rooted in the generating force of nature and recalls the genuineness of the high quality ingredients produced by the company, all derived from vegetable matrices. We operate in the sectors of standardized vegetable lecithins, oils, functional blends and high value ingredients for applications in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, zootechnical and industrial.

We are present on the national and international market. We are the partner of companies and industrial groups that are looking for solutions and products that are technologically advanced, reliable and strictly guaranteed in terms of quality, traceability and food safety. Nateeo exports to more than twenty countries and is a partner of well-known brands in the food industry, from chocolate to bakery products, from sauces to preserves in oil, to baby food.

MAURO FANIN

President

He founded Cereal Docks in 1983 with his cousin Paolo Fanin, and still leads it as President and CEO. A forward-looking entrepreneur, he has been able to interpret the changes in the market to create a Group that today is one of the main European players in the first transformation of agricultural raw materials (cereals and oilseeds) and holds a recognized leadership in the creation of traced and sustainable supply chains.

In 2013 he founded Cereal Docks Food with Silvia Santarelli, with the aim of further expanding and qualifying the offer in new application sectors, particularly in the food ingredients market.
He has realized acquisitions of strategic importance, such as the Marghera (Venice) factory from the multinational Bunge. It has initiated innovative start-ups in the biotechnology sector, such as Aethera Biotech.

He is vice president of Assocostieri, member of the board of directors of the Port of Venice Zone Authority and President of the RIBES-Nest Regional Innovative Network for the health ecosystem and smart nutrition. Consistently with values of inclusiveness and responsibility, he actively supports sports, cultural and social initiatives in the territories where the Group companies operate.

SILVIA SANTARELLI

CEO

Co-founder and CEO previously of Cereal Docks Food and now of Nateeo, a master’s degree in economics and Commerce, she has gained significant experience in the American multinational Cargill, as Italy sales manager for Cargill Texturizing Solutions, a company active in the sector of additives and ingredients for the food industry.

For Cargill Texturizing Solutions she coordinated a European team for the development of bakery product lines, with project management and key account customers.

Previously in the international group Roha, leader in the food sector, she held the role of export area manager. With professionalism and determination leads Nateeo to establish itself in the reference markets in Europe and beyond.

The inspiring principles that guide her business management are open, innovative, responsible organization, attentive to the quality of its products and services and relations with its stakeholders.

Since 2017 she has been a mentor for Deloitte’s FoodTech Accellerator program contributing to the go to market of innovative start-ups.

Cereal Docks Società Benefit is an Italian industrial group, active in the first agro-food transformation, to produce ingredients derived from oilseeds (flour, oils, lecithins) and from cereals for applications in feed, food, pharma, cosmetic and technical sectors.

Cereal Docks was born 40 years ago thanks to Mauro Fanin and his cousin Paolo Fanin in Camisano Vicentino where the group’s headquarters are located.

It must be considered a successful model of “family business”.
With 7 production plants and 2 storage centers, the company processes over 2.7 million tons of cereals and oilseeds every year, involving more than 14,000 farms in Italy.
